For locals, this is the Pumovers Moving Company Privacy Rights Request Form. If you are a native, you have the right under the Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CPA”) to submit information about the personal information we have gathered about you over the previous 12 months, as well as the right to have that information deleted.

You have the right to submit information twice a year, free of charge. Please be mindful that the CCPA forbids us from responding to a request to know by disclosing your Social Security number, driver’s licence number, government-issued identifying number, financial account number, health care or medical identification number, account password, or security questions or answers.

You need to fill in all the requested details such as your first name, last name, home address, email and also provide your contact number. Contact number is optional, but it is better if you mention your phone number as well.
